I just repaired an Acer E1-510 for a friend and he had an licensed Windows 7 64-bit and he wanted me to install it, I said no problem but when I entered on Acer Support Website I realized that this Notebook doesn't support Windows 7 so there was no drivers, so I searched for drivers and I said to post them here so all users with same problems can access them.

These are the latest drivers that I could find on the component manufacturers website. You need only the drivers that are in these packages, no need to install anything else, everything will work perfect.

We're here to help you with this issue. This issue could be caused due to compatibility issues between drivers and the operating system. I would suggest you to try these steps and check:

First, let run the built in network troubleshooter which can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings that could cause network issues. Right click on the network icon in the notification area and select 'troubleshoot' to launch the Windows network diagnostics tool. If the issue still persists, then I would suggest you to install the latest Windows 7 drivers from the manufacturer's website in compatibility mode and check. Once you have downloaded the driver file, right click on the file, choose 'properties' and then install then select the option to install the driver file in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Keep us posted on the results for further assistance.
