1. Turn your phone on, unlock it and connect it to your PC using a USB cable. An AutoPlay pop-up should open automatically on the computer. If not, the software can be downloaded at www.motorola.com/verizonsoftwareupdatewin.
   If available, ensure the CD-ROM feature is enabled on the device.
   1. From the device, swipe down on the status bar (located at the top).
   2. Tap Touch for other USB Options.
   3. Tap the Software Installation switch to enable .
2. From the AutoPlay pop up window, click Install Verizon Software Upgrade Assistant for Motorola.
   If the AutoPlay pop up window is not available, right click on the start icon , then click Windows Explorer or File Explorer, then click CD Drive: Device Manager.
3. Double-click MotorolaDeviceManagerSetup.exe.
4. When prompted to download and install, click Yes.
5. Once the download process is complete, click Next.
6. Review the Terms and Conditions, click I accept... then click Install.
7. When the installation process is complete, click Close.
8. The Software Upgrade Assistant launches automatically. Follow the instructions to complete the software update.

Macintosh
