Hello,Recently reformated computer. Installed all the necessary drivers from the Dell website, in the specified order, yet the audio driver is being stubborn. It will not install! I receive the messgae 'The audio driver files do not support your computer's hardware'.
Under the device manage the MAC has a yellow question mark. The computer will not add the hardware. I remember having this problem last time I reformatted, but cannot remember how i solved it. However, eve then I only managed to get 2 of the 5 speakers working.
I have a Dell Dimension 3000, with Windows XP as my operating system.
Thank you to anyone who can help.
